Orders will be dispatched within two business days.
Small items - Typically up to approx 3kg.
- Australia Post (3 to 5 business days) - From $0 for purchases $99 and above - From $15 otherwise
- Express Post (1-3 days) - from $30
Bulky and heavy items such as bikes, car racks etc.

Final delivery / shipping costs will be provided prior to payment. All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign.
PLEASE NOTE: If you authorise for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.

During sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may take a little longer. We do our utmost to process all orders in a timely manner, but during these hectic periods we appreciate your patience in getting your order to you. We make every effort to have sufficient stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes products may not be available at time of processing. If we are out of stock, we will notify you via phone or e-mail and will do our best to recommend a suitable alternative.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our return policy is 30 days from purchase. If beyond this timeframe, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
Returns and exchanges can be made instore or via post if the item was purchased online.
Returned items must be as you purchased them – new, unused, in packaging and with tags if applicable. If you are not bringing the items in store, you will need pay postage or shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We don’t accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty.
Some items cannot be returned – hazardous items such as canisters, lubricant or cleaners; water bottles or perishable goods like energy bars. Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of the store, cannot be returned.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange for items purchased from our online store, please email [email protected] and include the following:
- Your original order number
- The item/s you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund
We will let you know the outcome of your request and next steps. Any returns or exchanges from our online store that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted. Return shipping must be prepaid and trackable so delivery is safe and traceable. Cycle House is not responsible for missing incoming returned goods.
Finally, once your return is assessed, we will let you if it approved refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method i.e. a credit will be applied to your account usually within five days. If it’s been a while and still no credit showing on your statement, contact your financial institution in the first instance as it can take some time for the credit to be posted. If you’ve already done this, please get in touch.
If a product is defective or faulty, we’ll replace it with the same item.
